Non metallic inclusions. The nonmetallic phase required for the non composition and performance of metals. The non-metallic inclusions come from oxides and nitrides produced by the reaction of various elements in the melt with the furnace gas and other media in the process of metal smelting and casting, as well as refractory residues, ash, deoxidizing products and residual flux brought in by the furnace body, furnace lining, tank lining, soup channel, nozzle, intermediate tank and furnace charge.            The main influence of inclusions on the mechanical properties and technological properties of steel is to reduce the plasticity, toughness and fatigue limit of materials, to cause the directionality of material properties, to make the cold and hot working properties worse, and to reduce the surface finish of parts or tools (such as rollers). Inclusions can reduce the corrosion resistance of the material, and have a significant effect on the coercive force of the magnetic material.
