Aluminum plating test:


Aluminum plating is a widely used and effective method to indicate the thickness of zinc coating on galvanized sheet. The unit of aluminum plating amount is g/m2, that is, the quality of aluminum plating layer per unit area. The aluminum plating layer on the known surface area was dissolved in the test solution with corrosion inhibition effect, the mass of the sample before and after the dissolution of the coating was weighed, and the mass of the aluminum plating layer per unit area was calculated according to the difference of the weight and the area of the sample.
