Wire rope / strand inspection

The steel wire rope is a spiral steel wire bundle, which is made up of steel wire, rope core and lubricating grease. The steel wire rope is a kind of rope which is first twisted into strands by multi-layer steel wire, and then twisted into spiral shape by a certain number of strands with the rope core as the center. In material handling machinery, it is used for lifting, pulling, tightening and carrying. The steel wire rope has the advantages of high strength, light weight, stable operation, not easy to break suddenly, and reliable operation.            Steel strand is a steel product composed of many steel wires. The surface of carbon steel can be added with zinc coating, zinc aluminum alloy layer, aluminum clad, copper coating, epoxy coated, etc. as required.            Main test items of wire rope:            Breaking force, tensile strength, tensile grade, torsion test, knotting tension, stress relaxation, winding, size, unit weight test, density.
