The principle of sulfur print test is: during the test process, sulfuric acid on the paper reacts with sulfide on the surface of the sample to produce hydrogen sulfide gas. Hydrogen sulfide and silver bromide on the printing paper, the formation of silver sulfide, deposit in the corresponding position on the printing paper, the formation of black or dark brown spots.


By sulfur print test, the center crack, segregation line, low-power structure and inclusion distribution can be shown.
