Valve composition test
Valve composition test

Chemical composition detection is to analyze the chemical element composition of materials by metallographic analysis to determine the content of its constituent elements, and then analyze the performance of materials in the process of processing and use.            It is very important to analyze the chemical composition of the valve materials, and correctly sample and prepare the samples. The samples should be able to represent the batch of products they adhere to. The physical properties (structure, density, surface, etc.) and chemical composition of the samples should be relatively uniform, without oxidation, pollution, and inclusion. For different purpose valves, select the corresponding materials to ensure the quality of the valve and the performance of the long-term use process, which is not easy to crack, leak, failure and other hazards.
