Dissipation test

The small leakage of the valve to the external environment is called dissipation, also known as micro leakage or low leakage. The valve's leakage is a performance index to measure the valve's tiny leakage. It can't be determined by ordinary shell water pressure strength test and high pressure seal test, so it needs to use equipment to detect the tiny leakage.            ISO 15848, API 624 and China's standard GB / t26481 are all test standards for valve leakage. With the increasing requirements for environmental protection in China, how to reduce the leakage and discharge of harmful media from the valve to the external environment has attracted the attention of petrochemical industry and other fields, and put forward higher requirements for the valve's leakage performance. It is of great significance to speed up the formulation of the standards for the type test of valve leakage, to form a relatively complete standard for the test of valve leakage, and to adopt international or foreign standards in this regard to improve the technical level of China's valve industry.
